Players in the Pinto Division are introduced to live pitching. Training is focused on advanced hitting, base stealing and fielding.

Players within this division are introduced to the pitching game in preparation for moving up to the Mustang division. Bases remain at 50 feet. Pitching rubber is set at 38 feet.

All players attend a tryout in February to allow the coaches and league officials to evaluate ability and experience. Tryouts are skills assessment and every registered child is placed on a team.
